How much does the app cost?

Will this app really give me everything I need to succeed for only $14.99/month?

YES! For the low price of $14.99/month or $99.99/year, you’ll receive everything you need to reach your goals and see real results. My app features workout programs and individual exercises that you can perform at home or at the gym. New workouts and programs are being added often. I host fitness challenges to help you stay accountable and motivated all throughout the year.

What makes your app different? How do I know if it will work for me?

If you haven’t had success with fitness apps in the past, you may be skeptical about whether or not this will work for you. But I guarantee you’ll get the results you’re looking for and stay motivated to keep going. Why? Because I will be there with you every step of the way, giving you all the knowledge and expertise I’ve gathered over the years! My best advice is to give it a try!! Come do some training with me for a month, and I’ll prove to you that this is THE most interactive/consistent program you’ll ever follow.

I’m a beginner, will I be able to do your workouts?

I have a 12-week beginners program just for you. Whether you’re new to working out or haven’t been to the gym in a year, this program was designed to help you improve your overall fitness and health. My workouts in this app are scalable to any fitness level. You can always modify, and change reps, sets, and exercises as needed.

DO I NEED A GYM FOR YOUR WORKOUTS?

No, you can do some of the programs and workouts at home with no equipment or just a pair of dumbbells and things you already have at home like a chair or stair step. However, some programs and workouts within the app do require a gym with a variety of equipment. I offer both home and gym workouts and I upload new ones every week.

What equipment do I need for your home workouts?

If you are working out from home, you’ll need access to a pair of 10-15 pound dumbbells, a sturdy chair or box to step-up on, a booty band, and a long resistance band. If you have access to another set of heavier dumbbells, that’s a bonus but not required. 

How long will your workouts take me to complete?

My workouts in my workout subscription vary based on the specific workout you’re completing but most of your lifts will be about 45-60 minutes depending on your fitness level and how much rest you’re taking between exercises. If you are doing the follow-along workouts in the workout library, the workouts are anywhere from 5-30 minutes long.

What kind of workouts can I expect in your app?

I have a variety of workouts and they differ from program to program and from collection to collection. You can expect strength training, HIIT, METCON workouts, active recovery workouts, circuit training, LIIS, and lots of functional training to help you build muscle, burn fat, improve VO2 max, stay athletic and feel your best. You’ll see results with this kind of training.

I’m pregnant or newly postpartum, can I do your workouts?

Yes! I have a collection specifically for my pregnant mamas with pregnancy-safe workouts and advice to help you along your healthy pregnancy journey. I have a new prenatal workout program launching in early 2023.

I’m a male, can I do your workouts?

Yes! Over 30% of my subscribers are males. I have trained hundreds of men in person in my one-on-one and group training. I love working with anyone and everyone who is hungry for change and ready to get after it.
