CLASS DESCRIPTION

Workouts are designed to elevate your strength, power, and endurance. My hour-long classes are meticulously crafted to provide a well-rounded workout that combines strength training, plyometrics, functional movements, mobility drills, and heart-pumping HIIT cardio circuits.

PROGRESS MONITORING

I believe in tracking progress to ensure you reach your fitness goals. We’ll measure your advancements every 6 weeks through a variety of methods, including strength assessments, body composition analysis, and performance benchmarks

ADDITIONAL WORKOUTS

To complement our group sessions, you’ll receive two additional workouts each week that you can complete on your own. These workouts are designed to provide a well-rounded program, giving you the tools you need to succeed inside and outside of class.

eQUIPMENT VARIETY

Get ready to work with an array of top-notch equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, battle ropes, row machines, sleds, medicine balls, boxes, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more. The diverse selection ensures that every muscle group is targeted and challenged.

CLASS STRUCTURE

Each session is expertly structured to maximize your fitness gains. We’ll begin with a dynamic warm-up to activate muscles and get your heart rate up. Next, we’ll dive into strength training exercises, focusing on form and technique to build functional strength. Following this, prepare for explosive plyometric movements that will enhance your power and agility. Mobility drills will help improve flexibility and range of motion, reducing the risk of injury. Finally, we’ll cap off the session with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio circuits that will leave you energized and invigorated. Class structure will vary each day.
